Elle completed her MBA in Marketing and built a successful marketing career. She left the corporate world to pursue her true passion of impacting and helping people realize their true potential.

Elle Ballard was born in Kazakhstan and has been living in US since 2002. When Elle came to the US she had to start everything from zero supporting her family at the same time. Despite of all challenges she always wanted to maintain her authenticity and who she is. That is a core reason for Women of the World Network. Elle's vision for Women of the World Network is helping ladies to start working on their dreams and aspirations without hesitation at the same time staying true to their unique values, authenticity and voice.

The organization has grown fast, why do you think it has had such a great response from women out there?
Women of the World Network is very unique organization where we stay authentic and committed to our unique core values, you can feel it in the energy of every meeting that we have. Our message plays perfectly with today's global movement of women. We welcome every woman no matter her ethnical or professional background.

Where do you see the organization in 5 years?
I see Women of the World Network Chapters presence worldwide and every time you travel anywhere in the world you are sure to find a local Women of the World Network Chapter in that country or city promoting our core principles, values, and authenticity.

What's your message to women?

Never stop growing and never forget how powerful, unique, and amazing you are! Always remember whatever you want to achieve - it wants you too!!
